Wayne C. Weeks – Proprietor / Chief Consultant / Property Inspector

Wayne spent 35+ years in the credit industry with the last 30 dedicated to mortgage lending (primarily “Sub-Prime”). His practical work experience includes, but is not limited to, origination and underwriting of residential first, second, home improvement and commercial mortgage loans and secondary marketing of all of the above types of mortgage products. As C.E.O. of his  own firm, as an independent consultant and as an employee of lending institutions, he has established procedures for business production, marketing, accounting and loan pricing and policies. Wayne has established and maintained rapport in the secondary marketplace and established bank credit lines. He has functioned a virtually every level of management.  During his last 5 years in the mortgage industry he was a VP and Director of Sales and Marketing for a subprime wholesale lender. In addition to overseeing the marketing department, he directed and oversaw the activities of 35 wholesale account executives. Wayne served on both the Board of Directors and the Executive Management committee of the firm.  Wayne left the mortgage industry September 2006 to pursue other enterprises. Recently, in addition to providing business commercial financing, he has started into some internet marketing endeavors and has several active web sites.
