On any transaction you refer us that funds, we will pay you a 1% referral fee providing that it does not exceed 50% of the total earned fee.  So on a $1,000,000 referral that closes, you will receive $10,000.  You will need to register the borrower with us in advance to ensure you get paid the referral fee.
